Posted in Fashion,Home Entertainment by aadianis on August 1, 2008

Davone Rithm is a uniquely designed speaker which looks like the official emblem to the Starship enterprise. The unique shape may have some brilliant acoustical value to it as it appears to be designed with discreetness in mind. It features an 8-inch coaxial driver and a 1-inch tweeter placed at the center of the woofer. Available from the US distributor The Signal Collection, price on request only.

Sakku Solar Bags made from recycled materials

Posted in Fashion,Handhelds by aadianis on August 1, 2008

Although solar bags are nice since they charge up all of our little gadgets through the sun. Not all of them are made out of the greatest materials. It’s always nice to come across a solar bag that is all around good for the environment. As opposed to just having the solar element going for it. Well this line of bags from Sakku uses old sails for the material of the bag itself.

As of now this is only available in the UK, but they are currently working on getting these sold in the US as well. It doesn’t give an official date as to when this will happen, it just says coming soon. A cute little extra is that each bag comes with its own story. They are individually stamped with the name of the lake or sea in which the boat was located that they took the sail off of. The bags range in price from € 175- € 245 or $275-$385. Although keep in mind those may not be the official US prices once the new site is up. As of now that’s just a conversion of the UK prices.

The Landmark Clock

If you work in an industry which calls for keeping tabs on people in other time zones than your own local time, or maybe you just have friends who live around the world, it’s not always easy to keep tabs on each and every person. There have been various methods and applications which are made to keep track of multiple timezones on one gadget, but never one as visually appealing as the Landmark Clock.

Jabra BT325S: Seamlessly Connect Your Mp3 Player and Cell Phone

Posted in Cell Phones,Computers,Fashion,Handhelds, lifestyle,Portable Audio by aadianis on May 28, 2008

The folks at DigitalTrends take a quick look (video) at the Jabra BT325S, which enables you to receive cell phone calls while listening to your MP3 player on any headphones of your choice. We’ve seen devices like this before, but this is the first we’ve seen come from a major player such as Jabra. The device connects to your phone via Bluetooth and when a call is received the BT325S fades out your music allowing you to answer and speak to the caller via a built-in microphone. The device is water resistant (light sprinkles), expect about 8 hours of talk time, and compatible with any 3.5mm headphone jack.
Available at Amazon for $60.
